Through our short monthly surveys, we continuously monitoring your feedback. Your responses help us understand what is working well and where there is room for improvement. In recent months, we have received clear signals regarding the importance of team stability, transparent communication about staffing, and more detailed information about activities within our after-school care (BSO).

How we are responding

We are actively addressing these points step by step. Behind the scenes, we are working on enhancing stability in our teams. Also, we are improving our communication regarding staffing arrangements, so that you are informed in a timely and transparent manner. For our after school care, we are developing a more structured approach to sharing information about activities with parents. As we aim to implement these improvements carefully and consistently across all locations, this process requires time – particularly in the context of ensuring stable teams within a competitive and tight labour market.
