Do you have a complaint? We are here to listen and work with you on a solution. At Basker International Childcare, formerly Zein International Childcare, we value transparency and personal contact. We therefore encourage you to first discuss your complaint with the colleague directly involved. In many cases, we can resolve the matter quickly together. Our complaints procedure explains exactly who you can contact.

If the personal conversation does not lead to the desired outcome, please let us know by submitting an official complaint. We take every complaint seriously and will do our best to work with you to find a solution.
