Our activity programme

Our programme is full of surprising activities, from arts and crafts to cooking, DIY projects and science experiments. Children also enjoy outdoor sports and recreational games that encourage teamwork, movement and friendship. From painting and drawing to group games, nature walks and mini tournaments, there is always something new to discover. These activities help children develop new skills, explore their creativity and discover their talents in a fun and relaxed environment.

Our well-qualified pedagogical professionals, including sports-certified teachers and early childhood specialists, are dedicated to guiding and supporting each child. We also offer occasional trips to nearby parks, forests and playgrounds, providing opportunities for outdoor exploration.

Curiosity and confidence

Our After School Care programmes are all about curiosity and having the courage to try. It’s not about doing things perfectly, but about daring, experimenting and persevering. Because through trying, learning and trying again, confidence grows.

There’s always a childcare professional nearby who sees you, lends a hand when you stumble, and encourages you to get up again. They listen to your ideas and notice when you’re feeling shy or brave. Their international backgrounds and experiences add richness to the care they provide. At Club Basker, you feel at home because you feel seen and supported. Here, you can truly be yourself.

First, something to eat

We start the afternoon at Club Basker International with a moment to eat and drink something. It’s a moment to catch your breath and swap stories about your day at school, we’re all ears! Depending on the day, it’s either lunch (a warm, freshly prepared meal) or a lighter snack combined with fresh, organic vegetables or fruit.

The importance of feeling at home

At Basker International Childcare, we understand the unique challenges of an internationally mobile lifestyle. We recognise that a strong support system, both at school and at Club Basker, is essential for your child and your family. We are here to provide that support.

We encourage interaction across age groups and friendship circles, helping children build and strengthen peer relationships. These connections are valuable everywhere, but especially when settling into life in a new country, school or after school care.

Together, the Club Basker International team represents around 40 nationalities. Many colleagues speak several languages and can personally relate to the challenges and questions international children face. They are here to ensure every child receives the attention, guidance and care they need and deserve.
