At Basker International Childcare, formerly Zein International Childcare, we work in partnership with the parents of the children in our care. Therefore, we find it important to clarify agreements about the service we provide to your family.
Across all Zein locations and services, general terms and conditions apply. This is supported by additional placement and payment terms, tailored to the individual services: Day Care placement, Pre-School placement, Out of School Care placement and Flexible Holiday Camps placement.
Privacy is very important to us and we adhere to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR or AVG). In our privacy statement you can read how we ensure that your data and that of your child are in safe hands with us.
After signing a placement contract, you always have a 14-day cooling-off period. Within this period, you can withdraw from the agreement free of charge via our contact form. If you subsequently decide, but before care begins, to cancel or amend the placement, conditions and charges may apply — depending on the timing and circumstances. This applies, for example, when changing the number of care days or postponing the start date. These arrangements ensure that childcare places are carefully planned and remain available.
