The kinderopvang CAO benefits and more

Working for Basker means:

  • A salary in accordance with the Dutch collective labour agreement for childcare / CAO Kinderopvang based on your experience.
  • A one-year contract (hours agreed upon), with the intention to offer a permanent contract after one year at Basker International Childcare.
  • 210 hours of holiday leave per year, based on a 36-hour workweek.
  • 8% holiday allowance.
