Basker International Childcare as employer

At Basker International Childcare, you play an active role in shaping the future of the global citizens of tomorrow's world. We do this together, with the children, their parents, our colleagues, and you. Every day, we take children on a journey of discovery, supporting their growth and development. We encourage them to become engaged, confident and compassionate individuals. At their own pace, in their own way, and guided by our modern pedagogical approach. Throughout it all, you can always count on the support of your colleagues and our office team.

At Basker International Childcare, formerly known as Zein Childcare, it’s about the children and about you. As you help children feel at home and find their own path. And you’ll receive the space to do the same for yourself. We are looking for colleagues who are curious, attentive and passionate about their profession, people who take joy in their work and who wish to keep learning every day.

More about professional development

As part of Babilou Family, one of the world’s largest childcare networks, we are united by our mission to shape a better tomorrow through Sustainable Education™ & care. Together, we prepare children to thrive and contribute as conscious human beings.

Our team of international childcare professionals shares one purpose: to make every child feel seen, safe, valued and at home during their time with us. We believe positive growth is supported by connection, through meaningful relationships and shared experiences. At Basker, we support one another, share knowledge and celebrate success together, because when our colleagues thrive, the children in our care thrive too.

Be passionate

We are passionate about what we do and committed to every child’s development. With care and enthusiasm, we create a safe, joyful space where children, and we, can grow every day.

Continious learning

Neuroscience Congress in Paris

In September 2024, one hundred of our colleagues attended the UNESCO and Babilou Family Neuroscience Congress in Paris. This inspiring event offered valuable insights into the latest research on how children’s brains develop.

As passionate childcare professionals, we believe that understanding how children learn, grow, and connect helps us provide even better guidance every day. The congress strengthened our commitment to continuous learning and to translating insights from neuroscience into our daily pedagogical practice.
