Swapping & extra days

How can I request a swap day?

If you cancel your child's absence 72 hours in advance via the Parent App, you will receive your contracted hours for that day back in the form of credit. You can use this credit at the Day Care center during the current calendar year, or at the After School Care center for a study day.

Would you like to request an additional day of childcare using the credit? Submit a request via the Parent App. The location manager at your location will check if there is space available on the requested day, in accordance with the law and regulations.

Good to know:

We may not be able to approve your request for an additional day (immediately). For example, because there is no space available (yet).

If we cannot approve the request before 12 noon the day before the requested day, it will be automatically rejected. You will retain your credit if there is no space available. After 3:30 PM, it is no longer possible to request an additional day of care for the following day due to scheduling constraints.
