Whistleblower Procedure

Under European legislation, Babilou Family Nederland is required to have a procedure for receiving and handling whistleblower reports. These reports pertain to serious incidents, violations of the Ethical Charter of Babilou Family Nederland, and/or breaches of human rights and fundamental freedoms, personal health, protection and safety of personal data, and environmental safety. Babilou Family Group has established a whistleblower portal and procedure to receive and manage reports in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Ethical Charter

The Ethical Charter formalizes the principles, standards, values, requirements, and mutual responsibilities towards our business partners, such as suppliers, service providers, intermediaries, and all other contractors of Babilou Family Nederland. This charter serves as a guide in our daily interactions with business partners. It applies to them and outlines our requirements and ambitions in both our operations and the selection of business partners. View our Ethical Charter.

 

Anti-Corruption Code

Integrity and combating corruption and undue influence are core principles for Babilou Family Nederland. Corruption and/or undue influence are serious offenses that can have damaging legal and financial consequences for Babilou Family Nederland, its employees, and its clients. Therefore, Babilou Family Nederland takes an active role in preventing corruption. This Anti-Corruption Code is part of the broader anti-corruption program of Babilou Family, which includes a mandatory anti-corruption training.
