We understand that you are curious about the experiences of your child at Basker International Childcare. Through our Parent App we send you photos, short messages and a report of your child’s day. You can also easily arrange administrative matters in the app and stay up to date on the news from the location.

How do I use the Parent App?
Activate your access to the Parent App with the activation link you will receive from us receive by email. Once you activate your Parent App account, you can use the app with the same login details. The app includes a help center that explains the functionalities. You'll also receive an email about using the app 20 days before the start date.
What should I do if I've forgotten my password?
Have you lost or forgotten your password? You can request a new password in the app using the 'forgot password' link in the login screen.
